Asphalt Worker

Parker Asphalt Services is looking for a hardworking, dependable Asphalt Worker to join our team. This position involves a variety of outdoor tasks and requires someone who can handle physical work and adapt to flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform parking lot striping and pavement markings

• Install traffic and parking lot signs

• Assist with pothole and asphalt repairs

• Operate basic tools and equipment safely

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends

• Previous experience in asphalt or construction is a plus (but not required)

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
